How Many Pieces of Art?
How many pieces of artwork does it take to create a visual Bible for the world? Would you guess 3,000? 30,000? How about 300,000?!
If you guessed 300,000, you are right! In addition to art files, there are also files for audio, research images, and scripts. In fact, there is currently a team of nearly 30 people in three different countries working on creating iBIBLE. It's safe to say that nearly every hour of every day someone is working on iBIBLE.
The only way to manage such a God-sized project is to use streamlined software and management tools. For project management, we use a tool called Monday.com.
From the artists' work and revisions, to the time time they spend on each task, every component of iBIBLE creation is managed in this web-based tool. This allows us to budget effectively and maintain quality while staying organized and efficient.
Here are few screen shots from iBIBLE in Monday.com.
